Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. We do not share/sell data to Third Parties or other organisations. The data received are treated as medical records, form a legal record of treatment and therefore must be retained safely and securely in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2018. We will store records in accordance with NHS guidelines and as such dispose of adult medical records 8 years after the conclusion of treatment or death; after the 25th birthday of the patient if they were under the age of 18 when treatment concluded; after the 26th birthday if they were under the age of 17 when treatment concluded.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 29/06/2022 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
