This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics. In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyse the Log Data to provide statistics for improving the Site. Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We may use your Personal Information to contact you regarding appointments, to share information with other relevant Therapists / Parties, to resolve problems, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.

Access to data acquired by the Site is only granted to the Therapist related to your appointment and Administration staff of the Company. We do not share/sell data to Third Parties or other organisations. The data received are treated as medical records, form a legal record of treatment and therefore must be retained safely and securely in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2018. We will store records in accordance with NHS guidelines and as such dispose of adult medical records 8 years after the conclusion of treatment or death; after the 25th birthday of the patient if they were under the age of 18 when treatment concluded; after the 26th birthday if they were under the age of 17 when treatment concluded.

 

Changes To This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 29/06/2022 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
